If you're paying cash, your local dealer will give you better prices
than snapon.com. The web prices are full dealer list, more or less,
as the dealers would scream if they were undercut too much. Since
the full prices include the cost of "free" financing, dealers will
discount for cash. Probably not a consideration if you're only
buying a ratchet handle, but if you're dropping a grand or more, it's
a big difference. Most dealers have pretty consistent schedules,
meaning you can find them the same places on the same days, within in
an hour or three. If you've got a shop you're friendly with, ask
them when their guy comes.
