  Not much, but more the older your engine is,
and more the harder the engine works.

  For a quick test, seal all the vents, put your
hand over the oil filler cap, and rev the engine
a bit.

  You will likely feel a little pressure on
your palm, but it certainly won't blow your hand off 
or anything.

  If you remove your hand you'll see some foggy
air coming out of the oil filler cap, the amount
of flow there gives you an idea of the amount
of air that flows in your vent pipe. Not much.
