Curtis I would recomend strongly against using stainless steel fasteners 
for any structural use. Stainless steel is weak compared to grade 5 or 
Grade 8 fasteners. It also has a tendency to gall if installed and 
removed a few times. For the use you are going to put them to I would 
use at least Grade 5 nuts bolts and washers.
