There just aint no justice in the world (some LBC)

Phoned Moss to complain about not finding some of the parts I ordered in the
box that got delivered today.  They asked exactly what had arrived, so I
told them.  They then told me that they were grateful as they had no record
of having sent 'any' of it yet, but that I would now be receiving a bill for
the parts that I'd had.  If I hadn't complained, I could have made over
#140!!!!!!
