All TR4's did NOT come with white dashes.  At some point in '64 the wood dash
became standard.  I picked up my car (CT 33118L) at the factory in Coventry
in June 1964.  The wood dash (walnut veneer/high gloss finish) was already
installed and I was told by the factory personnel that it was "now standard
equipment".  Piggott mentions this in his book, but you must read the text
carefully.  Regards.
