Tom,

Your commission number indicates your car was made for 1962.  The suffix 
LO indicates Left hand drive and Overdrive.  Your car should have SU's 
but that may not be very concrete.  All TR-4s came with a white metal 
dash.  Two different shades of white depending on the year.  Some were 
latter retrofitted with wood dashes.  Your engine should have the open 
crankcase breather (draft tube) as opposed to the closed circuit system.
Since you have the book, Original Triumph TR, look on page 98 for TR-4 
Production changes and page 103 for yearly production figures.
