What about those of us who drive around windy, twisty, roads, at a
relatively HIGH speed? =:-o

My Shelby Charger with 2.2 turbo engine has an electric cooling fan that
has never come on except when waiting in line at the drive through.
Even then, it runs for about 60 seconds and then shuts off. If the
radiator is sized properly, and the car is in motion, the fan should not
be necessary.

Life is too short to worry about fans!
