Peter,
  I have to agree with Ken.  There were a couple
times when I called TRF's customer service and
played the "parts passing in the night" game.
I'm happy with their service so I never complained
about it.<G>  Of course the problem was that one
of the sale catalogs had the wrong part number
listed.
