The big stumbling block I see to putting a dual circuit brake master on
a TR3 is that you need either a very small bore (~0.50"), or a power
booster, to keep the pedal pressure the same.  I've ordered the Pegasus
Racing catalog, just to see if they have a MC that comes close. (I don't
want to add a power booster.)  Another option would be to redesign the
pedal box, so the brake pedal has more mechanical advantage, but that's
too much work for me <g>

Until then, I make very sure my E-brake works !
