What about the guys that stand on the street corners of Mexico with a
charging hose and a can of R-12? Have you asked how much they charge to add 1
can to top off a system? I see them on the corners but haven't asked "how
much" because I'm always in the company car. I don't think I would be
comfortable with one of my toys over there.
