No changes in braking at all.  Truth be told.  I never thought about it
before!  I think I may have missed the beginning of this conversation. 
(Out of the country for the last weekish...)  

The by-pass valve is actually a Magnuson thing.  I believe its purpose is
to aid in mileage at non-boost/cruise times.

Kai, which pulley did you put on the blower?  The big one or the little
one?  (I assume you have Pete's kit.)
