Bad Carpet

And I ordered the carpet (delux version) from Victoria British's last
winter sale and received the identical item as Paul did in the identical
way (to they use the same source of supply?).  I called them and they told
me that I could send everything back if it was not installed (how could I
have done that since I had the same situatiion as Paul), or they would send
me a replacement part once they are out of back-order on this set.  The
back order situation is supposed to be OK in 6 - 8 weeks.  I hope that I
have more luck than Paul had, and will receive a finished carpet section.

This is just a reminder that one really needs to check everything that
comes by way of mail order.  I hate that since I pay with good money and
should be able to receive good products!
