I looked at a number of bending gadgets on the market. Before I eventually
bought a neat pair of what looks like a pair of pliers with curved ends.
They cost approx US 20 dollars in GBPounds. The advantage of these is that
they are suitable to use insitu with the piping on the car, rather than on
the bench.

They are in my tool box at work as I write this but if you want further info
email me, I can send a pic if required.
I would suppose they must be available Stateside. If not I can source them
here in UK for you if you want a pair.
