I spent this year doing only SCCA and one VARAC event myself. The SCCA
remains amateur racing - still very much like it was in the 60s when we
started. Same with VARAC - the best racing I've had -
However, as I like say "whatever you need to get you through the day." I
think anybody can (like me) have a helluva good time racing. Whatever,
Wherever, Whenever.
Personally, I think the racers' equivalent of "cabin fever" is setting
in earlier this year...
