Is your temperature gauge telling you the truth??
The Roadster gauge is electrical is it not?
Just a thought but feel the rad. (carfully!!!) when the gauge says it
is hot to ascertain what is going on. If it does feel hot, I would
suggest a temporary mecahanical gauge to verify what temp. you are
experiencing. I dislike relying on an electrical gauge for analysing a
problem like yours, overheating. You may be able to rig up a cheap
digital gauge with the sensor fixed to to outside of the top tank etc.
and crosscheck the readings.
