in production and gas coupe, in lieu of running the original doorpanels
made of cardboard and plastic vinyl, arent competitors allowed to make
replacement doorpanels out of , say , alum sheetmetal. really, what do
cardboard panels really buy you but just more flammable material, and
running without the original cardboard doorpanels in these classes is not
going to give an advantage over another competitor running in the same
class who doesnt want to disrupt the original interior in his/her family
grocery-getter for a weekend blast at the flats.
