Hello Dan.
I believe Dave Dahlgren has a point. Back when my '77 
rule book was published with the "EV" formula, even
Ferrari didn't have a street legal 2 Liter 240 HP motor
like the Honda S2000. I know very little about rotarys
but any rule that is that old probably needs to be
reviewed.
