Glenn I don't understand. Pardon me but;

The subject has been mainly limited to chute failures. What happened
after the failure is another subject.
You, the SCTA and your experts have had more than one opportunity to
examine similar failures.
I have looked at two.

What rumors are you talking about? What demands?
We already know about resources, designers, CDF and the sometimes black
art of aerodynamics.
Drag chute system design is a black art, within a black art, a fact that
seems to be unknown or ignored.
Not looking at ALL ideas is a plan for failure.

We were talking about parachutes, not about cars. IF, the tow line broke
what's to review?

I refuse to be silenced by anyone's restrictions or alleged insurance
problems.
Glenn, "sometime in the future" is not good enough for me. I am
responsible for what I do,
not anyone else.
I have good friends that I won't let die if there is ANYTHING I can do
to prevent it. I refuse
to just sit around and wait for someone else to tell me what to do.
The racers, the people on this list, are the ones who will address the
problem in their garages
and shops. All the need is information and the information is available.
