Hi Jesse, et al.,
   On the Weber DGV carb, the mixture is set with jets,
tubes, etc. for any condition other than idle.  Perhaps a
jet has come loose but probably not.  More likely is the
possibility of contaminants, or perhaps wear, that  has
caused your float bowl valve to leak.  This will over fill
the float bowl and make the car run rich throughout the
range!  A repair kit is available from Pierce Manifold for
only a few bucks.  They're on the web -- including pictures
of various Weber carbs in exploded view.  Pierce is
the BEST source for Weber parts I have ever found!
