I have a related question- how tight do you tighten the center cap?  The 
center of my wheel is tapered and the nut has a tapered hole, so the nut 
doesn't tighten down suddenly but tightens gradually.  I put the wheels on, 
tightened them down as much as I thought was appropriate, and one of the 
nuts loosened up within 10 miles.
