(You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader)  It's the May issue of the Safety
Belt and contains a series of graphs prepared from all of the incident
reports that we (the Solo Safety Committee) received in 2000.  The
August issue, which is about to go out for publication, contains the
spreadsheet from which these graphs were derived.  Hope that helps.

I would also second the suggestion that you contact Pete Lyon in Risk
Management.
