If you're careful you should be able to disconnect the driveshaft and
suspend it from something so it keeps the fluid in the transmission.

Barring that, you can drain the transmission once you get it on the
dolly, then tape a paint can lid in the end and tape a strong plastic
bag over the end to capture any drips.  Obviously add fluid once you
put it all back together.
