One trick if connections are OK, run it.
Lift the wipers off the screen, flip them up. Put a ceap non automatic
battery charger on the wiring loom to supply power, and turn on the wipers
for half an hour. Disconect the battery! Note don't use anything else
electical when this is on, you can then if the charger has a current meater
monitor the current needed. Compair to the specs in the manual.

Best thing to do is to take it apart clean it up do the same for the rack
and put it back to gether. The grease or what ever has probebly stuck up.
