Why not just drain the oil out, and wait until the spring to re-fill?.  The
film is all you have anyway while it sits there unused, and a full pan of
oil is pretty much doing nothing.  Just make sure you REFILL it in the
spring or before operation.  A couple of quarts, in a clean oil drain
bucket on the drivers seat should remind you to do that.  If your really
concerned, just use an inexpensive grade of oil (your not running the car
anyway) for storage, then in the spring refill with the good stuff.
