Yes  Ken Galanders at British Frame & engine carrys them in the States.  

It replaces the crank pully and fan assembly.  It somes with an aluminum 
alloy water pump pully and you need to source a generator pully that 
takes a narrow belt.  Oh and a narrow belt that fits the new harmonic 
dampened crank pully & alloy water pump pully comes with the kit as well 
as a newfront crank seal.

Of course you do need an electric fan since there is no provision for a 
mechanical fan.

The job of the harmonic dampener is to tame that 5200 RPM crank harmonic.
