Greetings all,
Just wondering is anyone has thoughts / experience on putting 3 point seat
belts in a TR3. Page 117 of Original Triumph TR2/3/3A has a picture of a small
mouth TR3 where it looks like the shoulder belts are attached to the top of the
wheel wells (presumably to a captive nut and backing plate welded to the
underside). Is this the way to go or does someone have a better / easier /
safer idea? The wife doesn't like riding in the TR because of the lack of
shoulder belts. Guess it has something to do with the nice big chrome bar
bolted to the dash right where her head would end up......
