Chris, from what I have found Spitbits has the best floorpans, they are exact replicas have all the hole and nuts inplace and there is no extra work involved, VB's are cheasy - only 1 1/2 inch deep (

Mike, I have the manual. So far it reads like greek to me. As for the really strange gasket with the button thingy. The button almost seams like some sort of a valve or pressure release or something.

OK, a little more info on my electrical problem. Since I was having troubles with the fan I decided to check the wire connections where they come into the thermostatic switch on top of the radiator.
