Even the silly paint is OK. The section on "C&C" actually reads,
"comfort, convenience, and APPEARANCE items which ... and do not
materially REDUCE the weight of the car." (Please forgive detail
inaccuracies in the wording, I'm reciting from memory.) So
increasing weight via C&C is generally OK.
