Yep, you hit the nail on the head, GH.  It doesn't seem broken to me.
Besides, under the proposed structure, how many people want to go out and
buy the car for the class, if you can find one?  In D Stock, you would have
to spend more than twice the money for a Type R, assuming you can find one,
as you would for an ACR Neon, of which there are plenty to be found...Not my
idea of keeping racing costs down...
