Perhaps you should send in a request to move it back to DS for 2004 pending 
this years Nationals results?  That way there'd be a mechanism to move it back.

Because of wieght and wheelspin.  Similar situations have existed before 
between similar cars.  I know mid 90's Celica ST's (HS) were often faster than 
Celica GT's (ES) even though the GT had more motor and tire (and weight and 
wheelspin).
