Pre-grid needs to be a defined work assignment at 3Com
and Oakland. I've spent more free time sorting cars out
than I've spent collecting info for Wheel reports at
those venues.

In run group four we had regulars as well as lots of rookies
coming off course and getting lost behind cars parked on
the next group's grid.
