I always wondered why Panoz disabled the ABS in the Roadster &
Esperante. Now I know -- they are using Ford brakes! <G>
The bias they dialed in is OK but since no pavement is perfectly flat
nor is any straight perfectly straight, I have found myself on occasion
wanting the "dynamic bias" effects that ABS provides. The RX-7 spoiled
me for sure with decent ABS. However, lack of ABS doesn't seem to be a
big problem anymore now that I'm used to it. Yet still I think ABS would
be worth a tenth or two (faster) -- maybe even a bit more on a bumpy
surface (Candlestick)...
