If three corners of the door line up and one doesn't then hinge 
adjustment won't help you.

One bottom corner out can be caused by poor sill fitment (not much you 
can do about that without damaging paint) or a twisted door.  I 
have been told that Abingdon used a steel bar clamped onto the top and 
bottom of the door at the back to twist it into alignment.
