Is that sorta like an oxymoron but not quite???
I am sure that there IS a "Certified" shop that can crash 20 or so cars,
correct "crash impact probs" and make ONE smog legit. HOWEVER, the 'caveat'
is that you just need LOTS of greenbacks.
So why does BMW "suck" when they know there would be a VERY limited market
and they just don't feel that the "cost" vs "return" would be very good???
(Actually, NONE would be correct).
