DIY. Now there's a good phrase. The current UK Automobile Association
magazine redefines it as 'Done It Yesterday (and now it doesn't work)' for
some of the problems they get called out to. The owner swears they haven't
touched it but somehow the plug leads are all jumbled up etc, etc, etc.
