I use an HD 40. It is intentionally heavier weight as the transmission gets 
hot enough to inflict second degree burns when used in racing. I want to have 
something a little thicker than water going around in there at the end of a 
half hour race.

I have tried HD 50, which is too thick and needs to warm up for a lap or two 
before reliable shifting in and out of OD top can occur. Believe me, with the 
diff gears I use, you _need_ the OD!

I have no experience with the ND oils - are they something that the 
traditionalist MG TC owners use in their engines?
