Craig,

Try propping the clutch pedal against the floor overnight. That might allow
the air in the system to bleed out.

If you can get enough pedal to drive the car even a few miles, do so... the
vibration may move the air pocket to where it can be removed by bleeding.

Otherwise I agree with James, you may have bad linkages/ pivots/ or
something else amiss mechanically in the clutch system.
