no Spit or 6's (that I know of) used a h.b they are all
solid
pulleys.  MG Midgets do though. The outer ring of the
pulley is vulcanized to the inner pulley center that bolts
to the crank. Very easily noticed that there is a rubber
ring half way out from the center of the pulley.
