I don't know if you need any more advice about this and I'm not sure this 
hasn't been suggested already, but we separated a tub from a chassis by putting 
the whole affair up on blocks. Some blocks rested on the body and some held up 
the chassis. We unbolted and lowered the chassis rather than raising the body. 
It worked fine. Save all those bolts carefully. They are pretty unique.
