1960 Nash Metropolitan, red and white, coupe, bought in 1968 for $100.
Rear ended a truck on the Long Island Expressway in 1969 coming home from a
senior prom, racing a friends 57 Chebbie, 6 cylinder with holes drilled in
the muffler to make it sound faster. heh heh heh
Fixed it up and then drove it about another year,or so, until the tie
rods/ball joints, whatever needed fixin'. Junked it and went VW Beetle (read
numerous, including donors) for more years than I can remember.
