You know Dan while I think adding new classes is generally a good idea , I just
did the math and we're talking about 100 new classes here!That seems like a lot
if your  main interest is accomodating as you say "several" cars not seen on a
regular basis.
Perhaps some more simplification of catagories and classes would be good..
