Sure can. Traction is not an absolute on the salt. You reach the point where
aerodynamic drag exceeds available traction and you get wheelspin. At that
point you have two choices.
 Add weight ( be careful of center of gravity vs center of pressure) or
create downforce with aerodynamics which creats more drag which causes more
wheelspin, etc.
