I still would like to know who would and why would they do this? However, we
have all seen engines with 2 blocks on a common crankcase run at SCTA meets.
VW's, Corvairs, Joe Panak's Cad 12, Gold Wings, Harleys, ect. So If you
really wanted to you could get a really big hunk of aluminum and a long
piece of 4130, a large CNC machining center, the blocks of your choice and
make what ever you want.                                              Now
will someone please tell me what the advantage of such a thing is?
