Neither does the EPA, part of the Feds, who are currently quite sensitive to
the viewpoint of the energy industries. You can't win.
Now, about the use steam in the powering of automobiles, using the wood to
fire a boiler which creates steam to drive a turbine...............C'mon
guys!! The steam record is really soft.
