When I got my first car, it had wiper issues. More than likely, it is a wheel
box issue. Pull off the wiper blades, then remove the drive cable from the car.
Turn all the wheels, and see if one is harder to turn than the other. The
aluminium and the steel together will begin to corrode, causing binding. If this
is the problem, let me know, I may have a spare or two around I could send.
