Hey! Don't we already have a way to make noncompetitive cars competitive, its
called modifying. If your car doesn't make the grade anymore (or if it never
made the grade), spend some money to improve it, purchase a more competitive
car, or leave your car along and enjoy the sport!
It's your choice (and $$$)!
