To those who don't already know, the IL State Police has quite a few
Mustangs and  Camaros (1LE Z28) with well hidden "strobe".  Some of these
cars have F1000xx licence plates.  Some of the more stealthy ones even have
dealership license plate frames.  

And staying on topic, all the ones I have seen have fog lights.
