I am a huge supporter of the SO (Street Open) class that we have.  If 
there's one thing that would make me want to stop doing this, it would be 
all this nit picking of the rules.  Thankfully on the regional level around 
here, there hasn't been any major issues like this one (since my tenure 
anyway).
