The 1600 has been off the road for 2 years. Flushed the fuel,changed the
filter and carb filters. New plugs. New fuel hoses.
Had Lou Ann sit in car ,pull choke and fire it up while I did the
starter fluid.
Fired up ran ok but wouldn,t rev or idle while I played with the coke
and throttle under the hood. Ran like shit
5 minutes later of really rough running
