For the most part, a rear anti sway bar would indeed help prevent wheel tuck.  
But it would add a lot more baggage than most people
want for street use.  Because the sway bar attaches in two places firmly to the 
frame, it severely limits damping and makes for a very
firm ride.  (Much more firm than is comfortable for the average rider).

For that reason, the preferred setup is a camber compensator and larger front 
sway bar.
